受邀參加一場臺中市政府所舉辦金手獎─績優中小企業選拔表揚活動，透過跟其他廠商分享經營的經驗，共同改善企業品質、提升地方投資環境。其實那天就是大家互相交流吧，我也沒有說很嚴肅的去看待這一場金手指活動，反而是比較享受台中這一場雞尾酒會，藉由這次在台中這場雞尾酒會，也更懂得現在市場的變化，真的是每個產業都在不斷創新要跟上時代的腳步。連這場雞尾酒會的外燴也辦得相當好呢!吃餐廳習慣了都不知道現在外燴也可以做到像餐廳一樣，問了服務人員才知道是台中一家叫做歡樂派雞尾酒專家的外燴公司，而且台中這家外燴公司的服務還很好呢!!以前都覺得外燴的東西應該很難新鮮，服務上也都是一些年紀比較大的阿姨，想不到現在已經進步到根本是餐廳等級了，尤其台中這家外燴公司所準備的點心及水果品質真的都很不錯。於是我又向服務人員拿了他們的名片，才知道台中歡樂派外燴公司除了有點心茶會外，像是慶生PARTY還是婚宴自助餐都有服務，要不是台中歡樂派外燴公司的服務還不錯，我想我依舊對於外燴有既定的印象吧!
回去跟老婆說了金手獎的過程，她根本沒興趣，說到台中歡樂派後她馬上眼睛發亮，說她之前去參加朋友的生日會也是吃歡樂派的西式自助餐，壽星還將這家外燴公司的點心茶會推薦給老婆呢，於是上網查了歡樂派雞尾酒專家https://www.facebook.com/haun.lo.pai，進到他們的臉書粉絲團，真的很多人辦的外燴點心茶會都會推薦歡樂派耶!我也趕緊將這個資訊帶給我一個將要結婚的朋友，看他最近也在煩惱戶外婚宴的事宜，歡樂派雞尾酒專家感覺就是他正好需要的。
當天真的是來了很多的廠商，也透過這樣一個茶會讓我了解到更多市場上的變化，還有認識好多不錯的客戶跟同業。
這次的雞尾酒會主辦單位準備的東西真的很豐盛，除了一人一盒餐盒外，還有很多樣的沙拉、水果、點心可以選擇，當然還有飲料，不然一直跟其他廠商聊天沒有喝的就太掃性了吧!
這家外燴公司給人的印象很不一樣，歡樂派雞尾酒專家非常注重衛生，尤其是我真的很講求乾淨的人最怕就是環境髒亂，食物不新鮮，但台中這家歡樂派外燴公司卻讓我大大改觀，從乾淨的抬布、餐具器皿、還有服務人員的儀容都非常的整潔。
先嚐嚐自助沙拉的部分，蔬果看起來都很新鮮，原本以為水果都是放很久才送到現場，但真的一入口就知道水果的新鮮程度，一問之下才知道原來他們都是現切的，難怪都那麼新鮮。連放在一旁的箱子都堆疊得很整齊，一點都不讓人感到凌亂，真的是一間很優質的外燴公司，每一個細節都很講究。
原以為外燴的生菜不新鮮是常態，但一入口才知道蔬菜是多麼得新鮮，相當的脆口鮮甜，而且是每一種的蔬菜吃起來都是一樣的爽口。本來就很愛吃泰式酸辣怎麼能錯過泰式涼拌沙拉，真的是好道地很好吃，海鮮也都很Q彈，不會像不新鮮的海鮮一樣吃起來會有爛爛的口感。雖然說都是擺了蔬菜的沙拉，但是每一款沙拉吃起來的都有獨特的口感，唯一相同的就是吃起來很新鮮很好吃!
我其實沒有很喜歡吃甜點啦!想說來了就吃點小點心，吃點心配茶飲跟其它的廠商一起聊天好像也比較適宜。而這些點心也都整理的很整齊，不會讓人覺得有亂亂的感覺，而且每一個點心感覺都還不錯。邊吃就覺得這樣的雞尾酒會真的還不賴，除了將這家外燴公司的點心茶會推薦給朋友外，我也另外有打算之後小孩的生日會也可以找歡樂派，我跟老婆也會比較輕鬆，不用準備到手忙腳亂的!
這就是那天可愛的服務生們，每一個人都很親切有禮，而且也都會隨時注意餐桌上的整潔，一點都不馬虎，真的覺得台中歡樂派外燴公司準備的點心茶會非常的完善，食材也都準備得很齊全也很新鮮，連台中歡樂派外燴公司的服務也人員每位都好盡責。我跟其他廠商聊到這家外燴公司他們也都稱讚。真的覺得這次來台中參加金手獎雞尾酒會來的很值得，一查網路資訊才知道原來這家外燴公司從點心茶會到婚宴都相當的受到推薦，真的是一家很優質的外燴公司。
