不行~真的太讓我印象深刻了,不分享出來無法撫平我的心阿!!!!
記得前陣子去參加朋友美髮美學的開幕,現場大概有了100多坪之大,整個環境超舒適的,而且現場還有準備音樂表演,真的是我參加過這麼多大大小小的聚會中,最令我難忘的了!!
不過,除了現場的氣氛很歡樂以外,讓我到現在還記憶猶存的,就是那天的外燴自助餐了吧!!!
其實,我不是個對吃很注重的人,但是那天找來的台中外燴廠商,真的不管是餐點的準備,還是動線的規劃,都比我以前吃到的外燴辦桌,還要厲害耶!!覺得不將那天外燴自助餐的過程分享出來實在無法入睡阿~~
Ok~我就不賣關頭了,其實我說的台中外燴廠商,就是歡樂派雞尾酒專家啦!!!
真的不是我愛浮誇,他們那天籌辦的外燴辦桌料理,有很多都是我以前都沒吃過的餐點耶!!!
更重要的是,因為我最近在忙著籌備服飾店,所以比較忙,那天有稍微晚到,結果,吃到的餐點,還是一樣熱呼呼,實在讓我超吃驚的!!
我知道口說無憑,好險我本身喜歡隨手記錄,所以剛好有拍到台中歡樂派那天準備的外燴buffet,嘿嘿~
不過,在開始介紹餐點前,先插播一下朋友那天的開幕會啦!!
不得不說,朋友真的超有心的,不僅有準備音樂表演,就連愛心公益也都沒少掉!
記得,那天桌上還擺了1組2000元的護髮品,原本以為是要開幕會上做宣傳並販售的,後來才知道,朋友是為了要將賣掉的全數捐給弱勢團體,真的超有愛的阿!!
果然沒有交錯朋友!
看那天來參加的貴賓,每位都很活躍,而我當然也不例外,一次就買了好幾組,畢竟能拿到超好的護髮品,又能做愛心,何樂而不為?
這就是那天外燴的餐點啦!!!
之所以會對歡樂派這麼印象深刻,就是因為之前也有之過台中其他的外燴buffet,但是在餐點上,也都沒有歡樂派來的豐盛,而且每道餐點,都很有特色,那時候還一時不知要先從何夾起才好呢~
哦不~看到這些美食,原本沒有很餓的我,肚子都不自覺的叫了起來. . .
真的超豐盛的阿,而且新不新鮮的食材,光從味道及外觀便知一二,但是歡樂派不僅在外觀配色上,很吸引人,就連入口之後肉質,也超銷魂,完全不會乾柴,反而讓原汁原味的口感,在嘴裡散發開來,真的超好吃的啦!!
尤其每道美食,都有歡樂派的巧思,像是上面放起司,增加香氣及口感~
更讓我覺得厲害的是,就算上面有起司,吃到後來,也不會覺得膩,反而會想一口接著一口耶!!
不過~讓我覺得很特別的是,吃過這麼多的外燴來說,中西式餐點算是常見,但是港式卻從來沒看過出現在外燴上耶!!!!
真的超厲害的阿,而且在味道上,也都是好吃到不行~~
而且,歡樂派很貼心的是,在蘿蔔糕的醬料,還可以自己沾取想要的量,像我不喜歡吃太鹹,就可以沾少一點,真的超棒der!!!
Ok~港式的餐點也有了,怎麼能少掉海鮮大餐!!!
那時候看到歡樂派準備的外燴,竟然有海鮮時,內心真的超激動,因為海鮮可是非常考驗新鮮度的耶!!!
但是,歡樂派的海鮮,不僅新鮮度很夠,就連入口之後,那鮮甜的滋味,都毫不保留的散發出來耶,超厲害的阿~~~
天阿~真的超享受的,第一次參加開幕酒會,是這麼的放鬆,在享用美食的同時,還有音樂的伴奏,都忍不住閉上眼享受一番了. . .
只能說,這場開幕酒會真的是我看過最成功的了,除了有鋼琴跟小提琴的演奏以外,還有朋友及員工兩人的古箏表演耶!!!
真的超厲害的,聽的我是如癡如醉的~~
真的是一個突然其來的大驚喜!!!!
在古箏表演結束後,朋友的男朋友還現場求婚耶!!!
浪漫指數高到一個不行,看朋友都感動到快哭了,難怪那時看她男朋友一臉緊張的樣子,原來早就暗藏了秘密武器了呢~
現場的氣氛,真的嗨到一個最高點!!!
嘿嘿~在這麼有心的求婚籌備下,連我都想答應了,阿. . .不是啦,我是說下次的婚宴別忘記也要邀請我啦,哈哈哈.
在一切的歡樂氣氛下,也該到了補充甜點的時候啦(一個歪理,哈哈)!!
歡樂派真的不光是主餐的餐點很豐盛,就連甜點也精緻到一個不行!!!
尤其甜點還不光是小但高而以,還有融入很多創意的料理在甜點上,實在忍不住每樣都吃過一輪~~~
看吧~真的沒在浮誇,不僅有很精緻的水果做成甜點,就連一杯杯裝的生蔬也都有耶!!
不僅很方便拿取,就連口感也是一級棒,只能說,沒有很新鮮的食材,怎麼可能做出這麼一道道令人欲罷不能的料理跟甜點呢~~
除了餐點以外,開幕典禮怎麼能少掉久呢!!!
果然這種天氣,就是要來杯清涼的啤酒,消消暑才可以阿,哈哈.
這就是那天在朋友的開幕慶典上的餐點啦!!
真的不光是我,來參加的貴賓,不論是對那天的氣氛,還是台中歡樂派的外燴服務,都滿意到一個不行!!
而且,那時候還跟朋友有聊天到,原來台中歡樂派已經有了好幾十年的外燴經驗,所以不管是餐點還是服務,可說是非常專業!!!
尤其當那時跟台中歡樂派討論菜單的時候,都是先針對他們的預算來做設計,並分享他們以前外燴的經驗,才會讓朋友這麼毫不猶豫的選擇台中歡樂派雞尾酒專家!
