這兩位都是我老妹~~澳洲擔任生技博士及電腦老師的妹妹們!
一個年前回來省親啦~~~不過跟往年只是單純回來台灣看看家人老朋友的行程有點不同,她這次回來進行了一個瘋狂的計畫~~跑到台北眼科做了近視雷射手術.
當時我還跟她說國外的醫療技術不是都很先進嗎?她幹嘛還特別專程飛回來台北做雷射近視手術?另一個也急著擺脫眼鏡,屁顛屁巔的也做完了近視手術!
但看澳洲老妹在台北優爾視眼科雷完之後的眼睛狀況,真的有嚇到我!!沒想到台灣居然有這麼厲害的近視雷射手術,她手術好當天晚上就跟朋友出去聚餐吃火鍋,接下來的行程也在北台灣趴趴造玩得很過癮,一點都沒有因為在台北優爾視眼科做了雷射近視手術而限制她的行動.從她完成手術到回澳洲前再去台北優爾視找為她操刀的眼科權威陳永煌醫師複診確認傷口癒合,才一個星期的時間,天哪!!也太自由奔放了!!小妹一雷完馬上可以參加舞蹈表演,也太方便了!!我也想雷!!
我也是個大近視眼,因為工作超級忙碌,上班和下班3C都不離身,手機跟電腦完全佔據我的雙眼.回家還要操辦小孩打理家裡~~生活整一個忙碌,隱眼根本就是我的第二雙眼睛~~
按照陳醫師的說法~~我可說是隱形眼鏡和重度用眼的人!長期戴隱形眼鏡,眼睛乾澀的情形相當明顯,尤其是下班開車會覺得眼睛超累的,就算換了一般的眼鏡,眼睛也沒有比較舒服,會變成容易疲倦、容易失焦,注意力變得無法集中、頭暈不舒服.看東西都不清楚.
看了我妹手術後一派輕鬆的玩樂人生開開心心的回澳洲,我下定決心停戴隱形眼鏡過著戴著醜醜眼鏡和七天的迷濛人生,直奔台北優爾視眼科做檢查!!
先大概分享一下台北優爾視眼科的地理位置.
他在敦化雙星大廈,前面有蠻多公車站牌可以直達~
不過我們是開車去,載我去的是我小妹,因為檢查跟手術都會點散瞳劑,所以診所人員在我預約時間的時候有提醒我最好有人陪同.
大廈旁邊就有敦安室內停車場,停車也蠻方便的.
優爾視眼科在敦化雙星大廈的二樓,從門口一樓進去大廳左轉走上樓梯就可以看到診所門口了.
對了~台北優爾視請到的眼科權威陳永煌醫師目前在這邊的看診時間好像只有週四,因為有妹妹做了ReLEx Smile全無刀近視雷射非常成功的案例,加上博士妹妹也有跟我分析這項手術對我未來眼睛健康的優勢影響,所以我確定如果要做近視雷射, ReLEx Smile是我唯一的選擇.

預約時我就有告訴診所人員,希望他們可以幫我安排早一點的檢查時間,如果可以希望可以當天檢查和手術,幸好我有提早預約陳醫師的時間,所以當天順利的完成檢查和手術.
至於ReLEx Smile近視雷射的費用,我是不清楚其他台北眼科做的其他近視雷射手術費用是如何,但就台北優爾視的ReLEx Smile手術而言,我妹說台灣的費用比國外便宜多了.
在等待區等候,覺得優爾視眼科不像普通的診所環境冷冷冰冰的,活潑的布置還有診所人員的親切感覺很有溫度~
而且這個等待區的View也太好~
在陳醫師評估前,優爾視眼科首先會安排眼睛全套健檢.
現在回想起來,覺得這個檢查其實也不只是為了近視雷射手術而做的檢查.
現代人對自己的眼睛關心度實在太少,透過這個機會可以認識一下自己的雙眼,了解自己到底忽略了靈魂之窗多少大小事XD
檢查有10多項,從基本檢查循序漸進到較進階的檢查.
透過不同的儀器設備檢查眼睛的每一個數據.
還有專業的電腦斷層掃描,可以測量角膜的弧度,還可以看暗室下瞳孔的大小.
因為妹妹們都做過,所以我對這一切我都不陌生,只有對優爾視眼科的專業更信任.
檢查過程中會直接接觸到角膜的就是淚液測試和測量角膜厚度.
這兩項檢查前會先點麻藥,在測量的時候並沒有什麼不舒服的感覺.
檢查的內容大部份很多都跟角膜有關,檢查時就有提出這個問題,診所人員跟我說近視雷射操作的區域就是在角膜,所以角膜的健康狀況是陳醫師評估的重點.
像是角膜天生厚度就要足夠,不然是不能做近視雷射手術的.
聽說有法令規定近視雷射手術需要預留的角膜厚度,但陳醫師都會保留更多厚度,這樣對眼睛來說也比較安全.
檢查的最後一個是視網膜眼底檢查,因為這要由陳醫師親自用儀器檢查,還要先點散瞳劑,所以最後點上散瞳劑等待發揮作用的時間就由診所人員先做一場1 by 1的ReLEx Smile手術說明,看這張照片~可以很清楚明瞭的知道ReLEx Smile手術的過程~只有3個步驟無誤!
第一步先用全飛秒雷射製作微透鏡角膜組織,屈光不正和近視散光都可以矯正喔!
第二步再用雷射微創出只有2-3mm左右的小小傷口,幾乎不破壞角膜組織.
第三步取出微透鏡角膜組織就完成了~
整個手術下來,角膜的損傷非常非常小.
光用看的就感覺Smile這項手術很威~~
陳醫師幫我做視網膜眼底檢查時花了一些時間,但純粹只是他非常細心,不是我一開始以為自己眼睛是否出了什麼問題(抖)
陳醫師仔細的跟我說明眼睛的情況,完整的和我一起看過我檢查的數據,跟我說眼睛有比一般人乾澀一些,但不影響手術,所以是可以做ReLEx Smile的~
我們前方的那一台VisuMax就是ReLEx Smile的使用儀器,是德國蔡司製造.
