當了媽媽後，發現到書局最愛翻的就是育兒的書籍了，看著孩子一天天成長，心裡滿滿的都是喜悅。我不是個非常看重孩子分數的媽媽，但是很在意小孩到底有沒有學會，人家不是常說嗎 ：「要給孩子帶得走的知識」「不是給他魚吃，而是要教會他釣魚。」所以，我還是會注意孩子的學習狀況。一直到老哥的孩子今年要讀高中了，我才驚覺––代誌大條了！

為甚麼呢？我完全搞不懂甚麼會考、基測、特色招生？甚麼填志願填錯你就掉好幾個志願？我們以前反而比較單純，現在弄得我昏頭轉向，我問對面鄰居張太太，她說她女兒衛道直升，免去這個煩惱了，張太太說：「你家小榆要趕快去台中私中補習班補升國中，考衛道曉明的補習班喔！」是喔！看著我姪子光為了填志願如臨大敵，人家張太太的女兒已經準備暑假去遊學，真是兩種對比，於是我當然趕緊請教張太太一些問題啊！張太太說，他們琪琪的好朋友，在四升五時，就告訴她要考私校，邀她一起去台中市北屯區崇德十路的蘊才補習班，因為她哥哥以前在一家知名升私中大補習班上課，花了錢卻沒效果，後來學校老師的小孩去台中蘊才補習班，所以也介紹他去北屯區崇德十路的蘊才補習班，哥哥剛開始的確比較吃力，不過，蘊才補習班盧主任都會點出他的問題所在，慢慢的建立了哥哥的信心，成績也提升起來。

張太太說，你可以去看看，蘊才補習班的老師非常用心，教材也都是老師精心編排過的，孩子學起來比較不吃力，蘊才補習班盧主任教學經驗豐富，很能掌握孩子的特點加以引導。

我聽了當然帶小榆去看看啦！蘊才補習班就在崇德十路上，我去的時候剛好他們有課，看到每個孩子都好活潑啊！嗯……我喜歡這種氣氛，盧主任讓小榆直接跟著上課，我跟著去參觀一下教室，教室空間很大，光線很充足，乾乾淨淨的，環境很好。

下課後我去接小榆，她覺得蘊才補習班盧主任上課講得很清楚，她可以很快進入狀況，所以練習題小榆都可以自己完成，主任稱讚她很棒，小榆回家後立刻把作業寫完了，看到小榆自動自發，我心裡就有個底了，我喜歡孩子學習是自己有動力，不是被逼的，這樣效果才會顯現出來，於是我們討論了一下，榆兒就決定她要繼續上課，目標衛道 、曉明。

升上五年級，小榆說許多小朋友的成績突然掉下來，因為他們因數倍數都弄得一蹋糊塗，不過小榆覺得一點都沒什麼，因為她暑假時在蘊才補習班盧主任早就教過了，她說蘊才補習班盧主任都有特殊解法，所以小榆學得很快，一點都沒困難。我看到那麼快就顯出效果，打從心裡高興起來，人家說，學習的第一印象最重要，如果一開始教錯了，要改回正確觀念要花費更多倍的時間，想想真的很慶幸。

以前小榆的成績不是很穩定，當媽媽的我，雖然不是很在意分數，但是看到她越來越穩定的成績，還是非常欣慰的，五下的時候，每當期中考或是期末考時，她最不需要準備的就是數學了，這對於讀書來說，是非常重要的，我們都知道，數學好的人，一路上都會非常吃香，人家又說，女生數學都會比較爛，所以小榆數學變得那麼好，對自己又有信心，為人父母的我們就是最開心的事了。

和蘊才補習班盧主任聊天時，我問他到底有何訣竅？他說，許多人都以為小學生最好教，其實不是這麼簡單的，古人最重視「啟蒙」，易經裡的「蒙」卦，說的就是啟蒙，「匪我求童蒙，童蒙求我。」就是說，不是我們有求於孩子，而是孩子有求於我。小朋友都有求知欲，常常是孩子想學時，老師給錯方法，解答的不是他要的，孩子久而久之，變得學習興趣缺缺，問也不問。有的孩子亂問，老師也應該不予回答，要改正他們亂問的習性，要正確的問，有禮貌的問，尤其在團體上課時，整個班的上課氣氛都是非常重要的，人家說「教學是種藝術」，這種藝術是必須經過時間的淬煉才養成，老師的適時鼓勵，一個眼神、一句讚美的話，抓住那個時機點，就是一種藝術。為什麼有的學生就聽這個老師的話，就在於這個藝術。

「聽君一席話，勝讀萬卷書。」聽了蘊才補習班盧主任的話，我再去思考，真的是這樣，難怪常聽有些媽媽說，孩子實在很笨，小學課程那麼簡單，教半天還不會，原來錯的是我們大人，而且不但教錯孩子，連孩子的「自信心」都慢慢的摧毀中。

想到這裡，我想到一件很嚴重的事，這可是我們幾個好朋友共同的感覺，現在有些學校老師的教法很奇怪，規定學生一定要用她教的方法，不然就算答案對了，老師也把它打×。比如教因數倍數時，孩子已經會短除法，老師還堅持叫他們要一個一個找，這就像幼兒已經會走路了，你卻規定他只准爬，不准走……，以前二年級時，孩子已經會乘法了，老師卻規定孩子一定要用連加法，弄得孩子覺得數學好煩，越來越沒興趣，家長反映，老師還是堅持己見。老公說，這就是師資開放的後果，以前師資都經過嚴格的教育訓練，現在孩子在學校的教育只好憑運氣，看你遇到甚麼老師，想到這我真的感謝張太太介紹我要給孩子升私中可以到蘊才補習班。

兩年來，我真的看到台中蘊才補習班盧主任不同的教法，他的方法都簡單好吸收，可以舉一反三，只要孩子跟著老師的步調走，就可以學得輕鬆如意，蘊才補習班盧主任教學簡直像拼命三郎，常常比我們家長還關心，又很會鼓勵孩子，孩子都和他打成一片，其實補私中的課程繁重，但是來蘊才補習班上課卻是孩子最喜歡的一件事，小榆連生日時都要來蘊才補習班過，我都感到不可思議。
