有在定期追蹤我文章的人就知道,因為我比較懶惰的關係,所以如果沒有非常大推的店家,我是不會分享出來的~
但是~~我最近又發現了一家,讓我印象超~~深刻的結婚喜餅禮盒店家!!
沒錯!大家沒聽錯,我也要結婚啦!!!!
這算是個閃婚吧~因為我跟哈尼交往沒多久,就決定結婚了,只能說,我也遇到命中注定的那個人了,哈哈哈
不過,今天不是要來放閃光彈啦!
今天是要來造福給大家,將我最最最推薦的喜餅禮盒店家分享給大家~
真的不只是好吃,還吃得到幸福,實在讓人難忘阿~

知道結婚禮盒喜餅的人,應該不少,因為光是網路上推薦的文章,就不知道有多少,我當初也是讓這一篇篇的分享文,給深深吸引的呢~

不過,一定有人很好奇,我住在台北,但是明明就是在台中~
沒辦法嘛~我也很想就近,但是在台北,光是西式喜餅的店家,就佔了大多數了,其中有很多是貴松松大明星代言的,澎湃點的一盒2000大洋跑不掉…而傳統中式呢?就算有找到中式喜餅,也覺得一點獨特性都沒有,更別說試吃起來,都差不多了!
也因為這樣,讓我寧願選擇品質好且推薦的結婚喜餅禮盒,也不想貪圖方便,就選擇就近的喜餅禮盒店家

 

不過,讓我覺得很貼心的是,像我住在台北,官網也有提供郵寄試吃的服務耶!!!!
根本就是為我而設計的呀,這樣就算不用特地到台中,也可以吃到的喜餅,實在貼心到一個不行~

所以. . .今天就由我來,一層~一層~又一層的為大家揭開,為什麼會這麼受大家歡迎吧!!

有沒有人跟我一樣,還沒吃就已經先心動一半了!!!
光看就覺得超美的耶~~
除了在份量上,非常剛好以外,就連喜餅的外觀,也超吸引人的啦~
不過,讓我更佩服的是,那時候看網友的分享文有提到,為了要做出有品質且好吃的喜餅,不僅都是手工製作的,又大量使用台灣本土農產品耶~~
相信食安風波的新聞,大家也看了不少,所以要找到這麼良心的店家,真的很可貴!

會讓我一看到的喜餅就這麼喜歡,就是因為雖然是以中式喜餅為主.
但卻一點也不傳統古板,反而就連我這樣的年輕人,也會讓喜餅的華麗外觀,給深深吸引著~
尤其當還沒打開的時候,更是讓我連拍了好幾張,真的超有質感的啦!!!

這就是華麗外表下的神秘面紗~
有看到嗎?
的喜餅都是採用真空包裝耶!!
所以不論是吃哪一種口味,在吃的時候,都可以吃到最新鮮的口味,彷彿的師傅就在旁邊現做給我吃一樣,哈哈哈.
不過,可別像我一樣,因為都捨不得一次吃完,就一直放著~
因為的手工喜餅雖然是真空包裝,但因為都不含防腐劑,所以還是要趕緊吃完啦!!!

說到中式喜餅,當然不能錯過最傳統的大餅壓!!!
不過,雖然說是傳統,但還是有加入很新穎的口味~~
像是芋頭口味的大餅,裡面不僅有滿滿滿的芋泥,就連入口之後,那芋泥的香氣及口感,也是不斷飄散出來,真的超好吃的啦!!!
而且,很厲害的是,我雖然喜歡吃芋泥,但是吃多了一定會覺得膩口,但是的芋頭大餅,在吃的時候,除了有芋頭的香氣以外,還多了份爽口的感覺!
再加上在大餅的餅皮上,厚度拿捏的非常剛好,所以,一口咬下,完全不會有乾乾的感覺,金價好呷尬不甘分~

不過,因為光是外觀就深深吸引人,所以那天郵寄到家裡的時候,幾乎沒吃到多少,就快被搶食光了(已經打算正式下訂的時候,要偷藏一盒才行!)
因此,就先介紹幾樣有讓我品嘗到的吧~(藍受香菇~)

看看裡面的奶皇,輕輕一壓,就噗~~滋的流了出來~
這光看就令人陶醉的喜餅,就是獨創的餅啦~~
真的叫我這個芋頭控,無法隱忍的尖叫了出來!!!
沒想到,連芋頭的喜餅裡面,還能加入濃郁的奶皇耶!!
除了內餡有綿密的芋泥以外,就連奶皇在入口之後,也爆漿了出來,那濃郁的奶皇再搭配香氣四溢的芋頭,外層的桃山皮是加入紫心地瓜粉,真的超好吃的~~
完全無法想像,原本是不同的食物,但結合在一起,竟然也可以是麻吉耶!!

嘖嘖嘖!!!這個更是厲害,喜餅裡面融入水果,別說是我,應該大部分的人都沒聽過吧?
但是的,不僅融入一種水果耶!
而且在吃起來,芒果及百香果本身微酸微甜的滋味,都毫不保留的瀰漫在口中!
在味道上,一點都不會蓋過,反而非常match~
更特別的是,因為是以水果做搭配,所以在吃進口中時,那水果天然的口感,真的吃得到~那個黑黑的就是百香果籽呢!!
由此可見,就算是水果種類的喜餅,也都是真材實料的!!!

剛剛有提到,我是在地台北人,看到的餅,應該就知道,代表著什麼了吧?
是不是超像的,可愛到翻天耶!!!他可不是平面的喔,有立體的五官,有頭有臉呢!!
還記得嗎?
堅持喜餅天然A,所以還能將外表做的這麼可愛,真的超厲害的耶!!

要不是要介紹給大家,我實在不忍心切開他們阿~
側面看得更清楚他是立體五官,還可以看到,裡面滿滿的蜜紅豆內餡以及麻糬!
吃到的紅豆,就要來一首甜蜜蜜~
(好啦~我知道沒有人想聽我唱嘛~)
真的甜的非常剛好,而且再加上麻糬軟Q的口感,更是好吃到一個不行!!

緊接著,來吃吧!!
嘿嘿~才不是哩,這個也是的喜餅啦!!
有沒有也連想到造型呀~~

剛剛的餅是甜蜜蜜的口感,緊接著來吃鹹的口味吧
一定猜想不到,切開裡面,竟然是咖哩口味的耶!!!
完全就是咖哩!!!
真的超特別的耶,我覺得很厲害的是,不論是哪一種喜餅,在吃起來的口感上,完全不會有衝突,反而呈現出很香很好吃的口味!
尤其,當還沒咬下時,就聞到了濃郁的咖哩味道,在吃進口中時,咖哩的濕潤口感及香氣,更是令人無法自拔,就算已經吞入口中了,香氣依然飄散著耶!!!
到底是誰想出來這個超有創意又好吃的喜餅啊????

最後~就以其中一層的喜餅,來個大集合當壓軸吧~
是不是一眼望去,口水都快滴下來了,而且,我覺得,自從吃了的喜餅後,才讓我知道,什麼叫做天然A上好!
不論是外觀或內在,都讓人感覺的手工製作的誠意,大量的台灣農特產使用也跟很多店家不一樣,這都是要有真實力才能呈現出來的呀!!
而且,就連口感上,也都吃出獨特及用心的理念,真的每一口都充滿著感動及幸福,對我來說,這才是最道地的喜餅~
另外~因為對於喜餅那種堅持天然的用心,也讓我可以在吃到獨特口味的同時,覺得非常安心~
不過,更讓我覺得心動的,其實是因為,像這麼好吃又特別的喜餅,但是在價格上,跟我看過的喜餅店家比較起來,也是划算很多耶.
根本就是高規格的喜餅,但卻是平民的價格,完全無法跟其他的喜餅店家相比較阿!!(小姐說他們把請金城武的錢省下來回饋給客人,哈哈哈~真的!!!)
所以對我來說,再多的西式喜餅試吃都沒有來的讓我心動!!
