母親節將至，想必大家都很煩惱新竹哪裡有慶祝母親節的餐廳吧!前幾天跟朋友聚餐，聽他們說這家是活蝦海產料理首選餐廳~真的有那麼厲害嗎?去了再說!它是位於新竹的海鮮餐廳，主打活蝦的餐廳喔!就是黃金海岸活蝦之家哦!http://www.goldencoast.com.tw/

我比較有興趣的是他們的活蝦~就是泰國蝦啦!聽說為確保新鮮及品質，活蝦運送到餐廳後，還要經過篩選、再放入這個spa活水池裡養!果然是名符其實的活蝦餐廳!

用餐環境很舒適乾淨，燈光非常溫馨，這是餐具區。

點餐方式可以單點、也可以選擇套餐，餐點很多樣化。
不過套餐建議要多人吃才吃的完喔~!
接下來是重頭戲~活蝦料理!
這是燒酒蝦~裡面有人參鬚、枸杞、當歸，感覺吃了可以大補元氣，是用米酒調理的，吃多了可不能開車上路喔~不過我還是受不了它的香氣，一口氣喝了超多碗><

接下來~沙拉蝦(最上方)、胡椒蝦(左下)以及蒜泥蝦(右下)，蝦子能變換出那麼多吃法，還是第一次吃到!沙拉蝦很香甜彈嫩，對我這喜歡清淡的口味的人來說很棒!
另外胡椒蝦一口進去就是伴著胡椒香氣的辛辣，喜歡辣的朋友有福了!最後蒜泥蝦~很夠味的一道料理，其實我也滿喜歡這一味的!

雖說是新竹的海鮮餐廳，比較特別的是他們還有蝦以外的料理-烤羊小排。有些人會害怕有肉騷味，但他們的不會耶!搭配一旁的沾料，就很讚了!

其他還有鹽烤鯖魚、檸檬田雞、豬肋排等等，不想單吃蝦，這些都是不錯的選擇!還有他們的古早味肉燥飯，真的不輸其他滷肉飯專賣店喔!不過這只有點套餐才有。

這次我們點的是套餐，上桌就是這樣!滿滿的豐盛菜餚!食指大動了吧~當時朋友還一直催促我拍照拍太久，這當然要記錄下來呀!他們說是活蝦海產料理首選，一定要記上一筆!竹北的母親節餐聚餐廳，朋友推薦這家是對的!

對了~這家餐廳廚房很特別，是開放式的，都看的到廚師們在做什麼，料理程序一點也不馬虎，哈哈~比我們自己煮飯還乾淨衛生!在新竹要慶祝母親節，可以考慮~畢竟媽媽們都是有點潔癖的，為了全家人健康，也是不得不這樣阿~向偉大的媽媽們致敬!

這家餐廳位在新竹竹北，適合母親節聚餐，很多人都推薦，自己去吃過也很贊同，是新鮮的活蝦餐廳。
