【新竹美食餐廳】新竹竹北超人氣活蝦美食餐廳，環境又優質，完全是聚餐的好去處啊~

今天住苗栗的姑姑打電話來問新竹有什麼適合辦尾牙的餐廳，說老闆今年想來個不一樣的~考慮帶員工新竹一日遊，叫我順便來個新竹美食介紹跟新竹旅遊行程建議…
旅遊建議的話嘛…在地人通常都會說自己的家鄉很無趣~所以這個就PASS~我也講不出什麼好建議XD
但餐廳的話嘛…她可就問對人了!客人總是絡繹不絕的竹北美食餐廳名店─黃金海岸活蝦之家餐廳!(看看上面的照片~那個無敵巨蝦的招牌真搶眼!)

這間黃金海岸可說是竹北餐廳聚餐好地方!也是新竹知名的海鮮餐廳~
因為姑姑的這通電話害我又想要去光顧了~~所以馬上揪人明天衝一發!

滿心期待，一群人浩浩蕩蕩來到黃金海岸~
到的時候發現滿多人喜歡坐在室外~(右邊照片裡的小魚池到了晚上特別有氣氛!)

這間美食餐廳很特別的地方是有遊戲室~(非常了解大人們不想被煩的心情!)
有了遊戲室小朋友就可以在裡面玩溜滑梯摟!(仔細看照片左上方就是遊戲室~)
桌椅、環境都很乾淨，廚房是開放式廚房，可以看到師傅們撈蝦料理的過程，也因為是開放式廚房的關係，料理過程透明化，衛生方面就會較為安心!

養殖鮮蝦的水槽可供客人觀賞，不愧是泰國蝦!好大隻~~看的都開始流口水了!

這裡是活蝦之家，就先來介紹鮮蝦摟~
上面這盤是麻油蝦，因為蝦體本身就大，擺盤起來就給人很豐盛的感覺!!!
麻油相當入味! 麻油香在口腔中散開搭配蝦子咬起來的Q彈口感，根本欲罷不能!而且它的醬汁淋在飯上也超級好吃!!!我一個人就可以吃光整盤了(喂)

這盤可也來頭不小~
這是烤羊小排，你可能會想活蝦料理餐廳做這種不相關的料理能吃嗎
那你就非要來嘗試不可了，因為本來我也是這麼想的，但聽店員說這是他們店的獨家招牌料理，敢說是獨家招牌想必有一兩把刷子，我就抱持著懷疑的態度給他們一次機會試試，沒想到美味程度跟泰國蝦不相上下!!
其實我沒有很喜歡吃烤羊小排牛小排這類的料理，因為怕會太乾或是很難咬，但他們家的羊小排完全不乾又很嫩!沾旁邊的孜然香料讓我有來到蒙古的感覺(?)

再來就是胡椒鳳螺~服務生說這是從東南亞來的，我下意識想：這樣跟鮮蝦現撈比起來不就不新鮮了嗎…但他馬上又補充說這是空運活體送來，所以新鮮程度完全不用擔心~
空運!活體! 運費應該不便宜…空運耶..一直覺得這種應該是海運之類(?)
好吧~說錯是我沒常識，大家別太介意XD

看看這個螺肉!!超肥的阿!!!根本完美下酒菜!!配上啤酒這夜晚真是太美好了~~~

接著是本店必點招牌：檸檬蝦!!
牠的蝦殼真的無敵好剝!幾乎剝開前面 後面的殼就連帶可以拔起來了!這對懶的剝蝦的我無疑小確幸!
但因為我愛吃酸的東西，所以檸檬蝦在我心中小勝麻油蝦! 顆顆
他的檸檬不會讓你說吃完後舌頭跟口腔有澀澀的感覺，非常香~所以我都會把它的醬汁淋在飯上(又來)，吃起來跟麻油醬汁有不一樣的fu~~但都一樣下飯好吃!

照片後面那個寫了胡字的鍋是胡椒蝦，因為我忙著吃忘記拍照，等想到時大家已完食!過程大概不到十分鐘= =

這次點的是套餐，因為人多所以還有另外加點螃蟹跟燒酒蝦等菜色，
沒有每道菜都介紹金拍謝~反正親自來吃一趟就知道厲害了嘛!
稱霸新竹海鮮餐廳、有著竹北美食餐廳名店盛名的黃金海岸可不是說說而已，這裡也是竹北餐廳中的聚餐好去處!(環境大、乾淨又有美食!)

沒想到還聽到隔壁桌(應該是外地人)也在討論來新竹辦尾牙可以選這間餐廳(該不會就是姑姑的老闆?!XD)

我有信心往後如果有人叫你新竹美食介紹一下的話你一定也會跟我一樣想到黃金海岸!但還是要再重複，新竹旅遊行程建議就另請高明吧!!XD
