【新竹餐廳推薦】新竹竹北老街美食餐廳推薦，活蝦料理最讚的新竹活蝦餐廳，讚啦！

前陣子跟朋友去新竹玩，想說問一下很久不見的老同學新竹有什麼好吃好玩的地方，結果他超熱情的，馬上就說這麼久沒見了，既然來了新竹他這個在地人一定要讓他盡一下地主之誼，請我們吃飯，呵呵！這頓意料之外的午餐反而成為我們這次新竹行最難忘的美味呀！

他幾乎是想都沒想就帶我們來這間黃金海岸活蝦之家吃飯，既然是他要請客，點菜的任務當然就交給他啦！
上菜的時候他還特別跟我們推薦這道黃金海岸的招牌菜-檸檬蝦，料理方式有點像鹽酥的感覺，它是將活蝦炸得酥酥的之後，不是灑上胡椒粉，而是淋上特調過的檸檬醬汁，吃起來不會酸，清新的檸檬完全帶出蝦子的鮮味，調味真的很特別又好吃！而且他們的活蝦真的很新鮮喔，有人說剝殼的時候如果很好剝的話，蝦子就是新鮮的，還有頭如果不會黑黑的，也是代表蝦子新鮮，他們家的蝦子不僅頭不會黑黑的，而且還很有肉，上面還有很多蝦膏，真的超讚的！果然是招牌菜，我覺得是必點的一道，而且不像胡椒蝦跟蒜泥蝦，有的人怕辣會不敢吃，這道檸檬蝦可說是大人小孩男女老少皆宜呢！

還有經典的胡椒蝦，怕辣的人可能會有點卻步，不過我是覺得不會很辣，不像麻辣鍋那樣會辣到舌頭很痛，胡椒的辣都是一下子而已，辣得微微出汗頭皮發麻，還挺過癮的，我發現每一家活蝦餐廳一定會有這一道，不過吃起來都不太一樣，這家黃金海岸的優點就是胡椒香料超入味，而且蝦子也不會煮太老，這間活蝦餐廳的菜都是現撈活蝦，沒辦法用醃漬入味，所以要在短時間內一邊顧著不可把蝦子煮老，一邊顧著香料是否入味，真的很難耶，我們大家一致認為他們家的總舖師真的很強！

這道是羊小排，我覺得也很特別，吃起來肉質軟嫩，不會有很重的羊騷味，特別的是他的香料粉，很多烤羊小排就會直接附上孜然粉，不過他們家的好像不是耶，雖然也是孜然，不過還有一些別的味道，吃起來跟別人的不一樣。很多人不喜歡孜然的味道，有時候我吃也會覺得味道很怪，不過他們家的就很好吃，搭配羊肉真的是絕配，喜歡吃辣的再多沾一些胡椒粉，吃起來很有新疆風味呢！

這道鹽烤鯖魚看起來好像沒甚麼特別的，不過它可是深藏不漏滴，吃了才知道他把魚皮烤得很酥脆，但裡面的魚肉鮮嫩多汁，鯖魚的鮮味很濃厚，魚肉鮮甜，不會有腥味，再次證明了他們的總舖師的真功夫，還有食材真的是很新鮮，才能把魚肉烤得每一塊都鮮嫩多汁，而且我覺得吃這種烤魚一定要含著魚皮一起吃，酥脆與軟嫩兩種口感交疊，真的很棒！

還有一道是蝦鍋，剛送上來的時候只看到蝦頭跟一些蘿蔔，好像還挺虛的，不過喝了一口湯才知道這滋味之鮮美的，這湯不油不膩，喝起來卻超級鮮甜，白蘿蔔與香菇加上蝦頭熬煮，喝起來既清爽又濃郁，不知道該怎麼形容，要喝了才知道，而且旁邊還會附上蝦子的肉，可以川燙沾芥末來吃，建議不要燙太久喔，差不多熟了就要趕快撈起來，這樣才可以吃到蝦子的鮮甜！

我們總共才六個人，他點了大概有七、八道菜吧，真的是太熱情了，最後當然是吃不玩啦！好在黃金海岸的自助區除了有免費的白飯之外，還很貼心地準備很多外帶用的塑膠袋，本來我是很不好意思打包的，讓老同學請客還打包回家，不過在他的堅持之下，還是拿了不少菜回去，後來晚上去泡完尖石溫泉又拿出來吃，雖然沒有加熱的設備，但是沒想到味道還是一樣好吃耶！

餐廳除了菜色好吃，周遭的環境也很不錯唷，整個外觀主要都是用竹子去裝飾的，看起來就很有氣氛，旁邊還有休息的庭園跟水池，而且特別要提到一點就是他們的環境相當乾淨，座位也很寬敞，很多海鮮餐廳都會弄得髒兮兮油膩膩的，但是這家餐廳不但有開放式廚房可以清楚看到烹調過程，而且每個角落都看不到黑黑的油垢，看得出來他們對清潔的部分還挺用心的呢！

我覺得這家活蝦是真的新鮮又好吃，去新竹玩的話真的很建議加入行程裡喔！不過要注意一下他們的營業時間，只有六日有午餐，其它都是晚餐跟消夜場喔！
