辛苦了一個禮拜，就在今天終於休假了，晚上就跟著三五好友一起去新竹老街美食美食吃到飽，今天我們來到了好友介紹的新竹美食餐廳黃金海岸活蝦之家餐廳，平常愛吃蝦的我，看到門口就有一隻大蝦子當招牌，我就知道我來對新竹海鮮餐廳了。
一進去新竹活蝦看到這隻超大的螃蟹又聞到超濃郁的海鮮味就令我食指大動，口水一直流，他彷彿一直跟我說來吃我來吃我。
這間新竹美食餐廳有一個放滿整池蝦子的活蝦池，跟我們平常去釣蝦場看到的蝦子截然不同，蝦子又大隻又乾淨，看到這我想我們還是趕快找個座位大快朵頤吧。
新竹美食餐廳這道鹽烤鯖魚，聽服務生上菜時介紹說他們的鯖魚都從挪威運送過來的，再加上廚師大哥仔細的用鹽下去慢慢煎烤。外皮咬起來是酥的，裡面的肉質卻吃起來綿密多汁，整個酥脆外皮和魚肉超搭，加上檸檬酸酸的口感讓我提起食慾，這做為第一道菜真的是再適合也不過了。
再來這個是麻油蝦…的頭，嘿嘿！只要是愛吃蝦的人一定都會知道蝦子最精華的地方在哪裡，沒錯就是蝦腦，看到這濃郁的蝦腦誰還能克制住自己啊，它麻油也相當入味，在吃蝦子時，連外殼我也忍不住多舔幾口。
接著這道是檸檬田雞，這道是我偷偷點的真的滿好吃的，有一點像超嫩版鹽酥雞，我原本還以為沒有人會想吃這道菜，我要點的時候坐在我旁邊的朋友發現說田雞聽起來滿不優的，教我別點這道‧‧‧哪知道檸檬田雞一出來大家就快速掃空了，因為這道檸檬田雞真的超級無敵嫩檸檬醬汁超入味~~~結果坐在我旁邊的阻止我點的那位朋友吃最多！因為這道檸檬田雞真的顛覆了他對田雞的壞印相
他吃完直喊檸檬田雞是人間美味~~
吃到最後，讓我用蝦子熬煮出來的燒酒湯來漱漱口吧，哈哈，有沒有太過奢侈，不過這湯頭真的是太正點了，酒味和蝦子的精華都在湯裡，就算喝再多也不怕醉，只怕被搶光喝不到，畢竟我們這群都是美食狂熱者。
這次行程吃到超晚的，不過也超滿足，要我再來吃幾百次都可以，只要荷包夠的話，哈哈，其實最值得提的是它的用餐環境超乾淨的！(驚)~~~真的快比我的房間乾淨了，大家有空可以來新竹竹北吃這間活蝦餐廳，真的保證吃一次就會讓人難以忘懷了。
