可愛的竹桌竹椅有種坐時光機來到客棧的感覺～
真的是很適合同事、朋友聚餐的一家餐廳呢！而且他們還有一個我覺得很方便的地方是～每一桌旁邊都有配置一個小小的垃圾桶，連小細節店家都有顧到，可見真的很貼心！

這間活蝦餐廳的內場是採半開放式的設計，從撈蝦子起來處理到如何料理都是完全公開透明的喔！在現在嚴重食安問題的時代～對於他們家是真的可以放心，不像一些海產店外面擺了活蝦，結果內場用冷凍的死蝦子！在這裡可以看見在客人點完餐後師傅才去撈活跳跳蝦子起來料理～活蝦餐廳,新竹聚餐餐廳,新竹海鮮餐廳,新竹餐廳,新竹美食,朋友聚餐餐廳,竹北好吃餐廳,竹北聚會食記,新竹景點,

跑去拍蝦池的時候跟裡面的師傅小聊了一下，裡面的師傅人都很好還很熱心的跟我介紹他們家的蝦子是用泰國蝦～而且還是泡SPA的喔！SPA欸～怎麼感覺蝦子過的比我還愜意（喂）
我還特別注意了一下他們的蝦池，水都超清澈的，其實我有看過外面有些海產店池缸裡的水都有些混濁，跟黃金海岸這樣乾淨到不行的水池完全無法比啊！

這道是「檸檬蝦」
我幾乎每一次來都必點！他們連料理蝦子的檸檬汁也是現搾的，這樣知道有多新鮮了嗎？檸檬醬汁是店家自己獨特研發出來的，也難怪外面吃起來都沒有這種讓我有魂牽夢縈的感覺啊～再搭配一些我們台灣宜蘭的三星蔥下去料理，十足的蔥香搭上酸Ｖ酸Ｖ的檸檬醬汁～非常的爽口！

這是「胡椒鳳螺」
朋友原本隨口和服務生開玩笑說～有看到活蝦的蝦池怎麼沒看見鳳螺的呢！服務生才告訴我們說這些鳳螺都是活體空運從東南亞那邊坐飛機來的！不用擔心，跟蝦子一樣是新鮮的呢～
這個鳳螺吃起來除了有胡椒的辛辣還有點甜甜的感覺～整個超下酒的啊！

靠近前面這道是「蒜泥蝦」
這個蒜泥是現場用新鮮的蒜頭去搗成泥狀的，不管是吸蝦頭裡面滿滿的蝦膏還是吃蝦肉的時候，吃進嘴裡馬上就可以感受到濃濃的蒜香，它的蒜味已經滲透整個蝦子啦！如果喜歡蒜味的朋友一定要點這道！！

以為活蝦餐廳只有蝦嗎～對於吃了一堆蝦肉想吃點青菜的人，黃金海岸也有提供高麗菜、空心菜或「龍鬚菜」
青菜的部分沒有加入太多的鹽巴，龍鬚菜含有豐富的鐵質、熱量又低～而且他們的龍鬚菜的莖葉都很嫩，對女生來說是很好的選擇喔！

「燒酒蝦」
滿滿一整鍋的蝦子啊！！！每一隻都超肥美～現在回想起來都要流口水了（擦）
他們的鍋底因為真的很甜又很香醇～我那位愛問的同事又抓了一位服務生來問，裡面加了什麼怎麼會這麼特別？
經過服務生簡單的介紹～原來鍋底裡加了當歸、枸杞、人蔘鬚等一些滋補的中藥材搭配紅標米酒。這一鍋上來我們除了埋頭啃蝦，湯也是一碗接著一碗的裝，一下就見底了啦！其中一位朋友還多點一份要外帶回去，知道這道燒酒蝦有多大的魅力的吧！
最後，來了幾次之後啊～我有注意到很多竹科的工程師也都會來這裡聚餐耶！雖然這裡和一般海鮮餐廳一樣都有提供酒類，但我來了這麼多次還真的沒看過喝到爛醉的客人！客群的素質都很不錯喔～而且這家黃金海岸上過康熙！也難怪很多關於竹北地區聚會餐廳的食記裡都會介紹到他們家～
