前幾天看到康熙來了在推薦新竹福興東路檸檬蝦，看了好想吃，馬上就問朋友知不知道是哪一家，朋友說新竹有兩家活蝦餐廳都蠻有名的，一家是黃金海岸本部活蝦，一家是黃金海岸活蝦之家，而康熙來了介紹的是福興東路上的黃金海岸活蝦之家，朋友還說另一家本部活蝦最近漲價之後有比較貴一些，而且也沒有黃金豬肋排，所以我們就約了一起去竹北福興東路的黃金海岸活蝦之家吃飯，新竹人都知道這家活蝦很好吃，我們一群人點了滿滿兩桌的菜，吃蝦吃得超過癮的！

黃金海岸活蝦的環境還蠻有氣氛的，裡面的桌椅都是用竹子做的，矮矮的桌椅感覺很有古早味，而且週遭的裝潢也用了很多竹子，裡面意外的有很溫暖的感覺，大概是因為暖爐也放不少吧！

好啦，廢話不多說，來介紹一下菜色，先上桌的空心菜就嚇了我一跳，因為一直覺的空心菜有一股土味，而且都卡在牙縫，所以已經有好幾年都沒吃了，去餐廳吃飯幾乎不會點空心菜。這次因為朋友點了，所以就吃看看，這種完全沒有土味，而且莖比印象中的粗很多，所以不會都卡在牙縫裡，朋友說這種是改良過的水耕空心菜，所以比較好吃，讓我對空心菜刮目相看呢！

再來當然要介紹一下他們的蝦子啦！他們家的蝦子料理有很多種，十幾道，這次我們點了胡椒蝦、蒜泥蝦、檸檬蝦跟麻油蝦還有燒酒蝦，每道菜都很特別，口味很棒，而且都很入味，像胡椒蝦吃起來滿滿的胡椒香，而且也不會太辣，口味調得很剛好，蝦子吃起來很厚實，肉不會硬硬的，有點綿，一吃就知道是很新鮮的蝦。檸檬蝦的味道真的很棒！蝦子的鮮味加上檸檬提味，酸酸甜甜的，還有綿綿的蝦膏，很好吃喔！我看他們每一隻都是在烹調前才撈起來的，超新鮮！

除了蝦子之外，其它的菜也很值得點，像是這個鹽烤鯖魚，魚也是新鮮得沒話說，肉很嫩又多汁，吃起來沒有鯖魚的腥味，很好吃！

這道烤羊小排也好好吃，它附的調味粉是孜然香料粉與白胡椒粉，我個人還蠻喜歡孜然的，所以沾了滿滿的一面，另一面沾胡椒，孜然跟羊肉是最搭的了，吃起來不會有羊的騷味。很多人不喜歡孜然的味道，可以只沾白胡椒粉吃，他們的羊肉本身不太有騷味，也不會油，是很難得吃到的好吃羊排喔！

最後還有一鍋的燒酒蝦，它的湯加了很多米酒，但是沒有什麼酒精的感覺，喝起來不會辣，也不會有喝酒的感覺，喝起來都是酒香的甘醇加上蝦子的鮮味，而且加了很多枸杞，湯喝起來比較濃，還有自然的甜味，蝦子在鍋子裡滾了很久，還是一樣好吃，並不會煮到肉質都老掉了，應該是新鮮的蝦才可以做到這樣吧，平常去吃小火鍋，蝦子稍不注意就變乾乾的了。

福興東路這家黃金海岸活蝦之家不僅東西好吃，餐廳也很有特色，到處都是竹子，桌子、椅子、牆壁、天花板都是用竹子做的，一走進來就很有氣氛，而且他們的廚房是開放式的，活蝦池也看得到就在廚房旁邊，要烹調前才一隻一隻的挑起來，難怪可以這麼新鮮，真的好好吃喔！
