因為男友在竹科上班，每次都聽他說他發現一家超好吃的活蝦料理，說他跟同事聚餐還是跟日本客戶見面都會在新竹一家叫作黃金海岸活蝦之家的餐廳http://www.goldencoast.com.tw，每次聽他說都超想揍他的，明明知道我喜歡吃蝦，沒帶我去就算了，還一直要說給我聽，而在台北我都沒吃到好吃的活蝦料理店，上次跟家人去吃蝦還吃到粉粉的蝦子，而且殼還有點爛爛的，根本就不新鮮啊!!!
最後男友終於聽到我的心聲了，因為那天他休假於是就找了他幾個同事一起去吃黃金海岸活蝦之家，好險他的同事我都認識，不然一定超尷尬的。其實這次來新竹有兩個目的，一是要品嚐美食，二是看他有沒有亂來~!!!他都說我疑神疑鬼的，連吃東西也是一樣，沒自己吃到都不相信到底是好吃不好吃!!
想想~好像真的是這樣，我是真的很挑嘴，要進我的口袋名單真的要很厲害的餐點才可以吧!!!而那天吃完黃金海岸活蝦之家，到現在都還在想念那時候的味道呢~~而且不只是蝦子處理得很美味，就連其他餐點都毫不遜色呢~~超羨慕男友的，三不五時就可以去吃美食，而我只能苦苦等待，黃金海岸活蝦之家的滋味真的到現在都無法忘記呢~~

那天其實還很早，我男友說他們通常都是9點左右才來，那個時間來吃根本是擠爆，但是黃金海岸活蝦之家超厲害，品質依舊一樣美味優質，不會因為人多就亂了套。而那天我們才剛點好餐，就發現人開始變多了，而且還蠻多家庭客的呢!!可能是因為靠近竹科的關係，所以客群不像一般熱炒店來的複雜!!這樣的環境真棒~而且每個角落都超乾淨的耶，真的是留下不錯的印象!!

哇~這裡還看得到蝦池耶!!!而且水都有一直在流動，這樣的蝦子吃起來就真的很新鮮~~而且一點土味都沒有~

這只是當天叫的菜的一小角，我都不知道男人們的胃有多大，竟然可以叫那麼多道菜，而且大家也都超愛吃蝦的，一隻接著一隻吃的，而我男友比較優秀，還會先顧好我的胃~而這也讓他被同事虧了好一陣子!!呵呵~

這胡椒蝦炒得恰到好處，蝦頭一剝開，男友還趕快拿蝦頭叫我快點吸蝦的精華，一入口蝦子的鮮甜味就在嘴裡化開，肉質也很細緻鮮甜，終於知道為什麼會想一隻接著一隻吃了。一般在外面吃到的胡椒蝦都炒到肉乾乾的，一點都不好吃，但吃了黃金海岸活蝦之家之後，才真正了解什麼叫做有下工夫的胡椒蝦，將外殼超得酥酥香香的，而裡頭的蝦肉依舊蝦嫩多汁~超級美味的!!!

燒酒蝦喝起來有香濃的酒味跟中藥的味道，味道超香醇的，在冷冷的冬天喝著熱湯再適合不過了，而男友只能乾瞪眼，因為他什麼都能喝就是酒不能喝~因為會起酒疹，這樣我也不用擔心他會喝醉的問題~有這樣的想法是否有點壞心腸呀!!呵呵~

我大愛蝦鍋，滿滿的蝦子精華還有蘿蔔的甜味，讓整鍋湯變的超級鮮甜，光喝湯就覺得暖暖的!連男友都超愛喝這鍋湯呢~誰叫他不能喝燒酒蝦!!呵呵~
喝了一碗湯之後又汆燙了這盤蝦來吃，除了吸入湯的精華外，還有蝦本身的鮮甜味，讓滿嘴是濃濃的蝦味~真的覺得超幸福的，可以吃到那麼新鮮的蝦子~

我還以為黃金海岸活蝦之家只有把蝦的品質顧的很好而已，想不到他其他的料理也很不得了，尤其是豬肋排烤得剛剛好，外頭烤得酥香酥香的，一口咬下骨肉分離，肉質的鮮嫩只有品嚐的人才懂得這一味，邊咀嚼肉的香味不斷在嘴裡化開。男朋友還說這只有在黃金海岸活蝦之家吃的到呢!!那我以後想吃好吃的豬肋排不就還要來這吃才行…如果我男友願意每天都載我來，我當然是非常樂意啊!!!

一開始我還不太好意思的夾菜，畢竟也還沒熟到像我們當初那群大學朋友一樣可以互相打鬧，不過漸漸得大家有說有笑下來，發現他們真的是一群很好的同事，從談話就知道不是會帶壞我男友的人，我男友不要帶壞別人就好了~哈哈!!
男友還跟我說下次也還會帶我來，真得很貼心耶，知道我愛吃蝦，還特地帶我來比一般的活蝦料理還要厲害的餐廳，而且黃金海岸活蝦之家完全進入我的口袋名單!!害我現在又開始想念起每一道料理的滋味了~~好吃好吃好吃!
