【新竹聚餐】系辦工讀生聚會，吃到超棒的新竹美食餐廳~感謝主任推薦這間好吃的活蝦餐廳~以後宵夜聚會就有竹北現撈鮮蝦可以吃啦!!

在交大讀了快四年，一直覺得新竹根本是美食沙漠哈哈哈，不過上禮拜的系辦聚餐讓我徹底改觀了阿!!主任說為了感謝這一年來我們的努力，要請所有工讀生跟助教去吃飯!那時候我就在想說，新竹聚餐是可以去哪，新竹有美食餐廳嗎?主任神秘的表示，他推薦的一定讚，叫我們去了就知道!只有提示我們是新竹好吃的活蝦，也是新竹宵夜聚會的好地方!而且也在竹北，裡面有現撈的鮮蝦!!聽到這，我以為主任要帶我們去釣蝦場哈哈哈，殊不知，是這間叫做竹北黃金海岸活蝦之家的餐廳!!

到了聚餐當天，我們迫不及待的前往目的地，準備大開殺戒啦~
一踏進去就覺得很猛，也太大了吧!!這可以辦公司尾牙了吧!!很好，這樣就不會跟別人靠很近，擠來擠去~

有半開放式廚房的餐廳也太勇敢了吧!!
其實通常我在外面吃飯都是抱著眼不見為淨的心態，總是覺得餐廳的廚房一定不太能見人哈哈，但這間黃金海岸活蝦之家真的很有自信，都不怕人家看~
我很仔細想要挑點毛病，但真的很乾淨哈哈哈，好吧第一印象加分!!

主任神秘推薦的現撈蝦池出現了!!就養在室內也太神奇，真的只能用新鮮來解釋了，不過怎麼有養蝦旁邊還能這麼乾淨阿，滿厲害的!

我為了拍照，還逼大家先停下快子讓我拍，不過已經有幾隻蝦子被消滅了啊啊啊，幸好竹北黃金海岸活蝦之家的上菜速度很快，不然我看被消滅的蝦子就是一盤了

既然來的是活蝦之家，點一大堆蝦是一定要的啦!
這是沙拉蝦跟麻油蝦，沙拉蝦吃的是原味，沾上一點美乃滋就很甜，這是最能吃出蝦子鮮味的吃法，不愧是現撈，超甜超彈牙的!!
麻油蝦也很特別，店員說是用自家提煉的麻油，難怪我從來沒吃過這個味道，還想說是哪個牌子的麻油這麼厲害~超香!有種麻油雞的感覺，但沒有酒味這樣。店員還有建議我們可以把下面的麻油淋在飯上吃，結果大家一吃就欲罷不能啊，差點忘記後面還有菜，吃飯就差點吃飽了哈哈

蝦子大餐!!!
這兩鍋是黑胡椒蝦跟蒜泥蝦，本來都是裝在鍋子裡的，不過大家就很有事，硬是要把他們抓出來排成這樣哈哈哈，這兩種都是口味比較重的料理，配飯或下酒都很不錯!!不過大家都有騎車，我們要當乖孩子不能酒駕，只好乖乖喝蘋果西打囉~

看我們點了好幾種蝦，店員乾脆推薦我們這道檸檬蝦，說是他們店裡點菜率最高的一道，是用現榨檸檬汁去調味的蝦子~
一送上來果然名不虛傳，檸檬的酸完全跟鮮蝦的甜味混在一起，加上特調的醬汁，鹹鹹甜甜超順口的，大家瞬間把這盤KO了，還張著閃亮亮的眼睛問主任可不可以加點一盤，主任只好心一橫說接下來想點就點不用問他哈哈~太好啦~

除了蝦子之外，還有點這道檸檬田雞，肉很嫩又多汁，不過有些人不敢吃，那我就不客氣多吃點囉~~

都來海鮮餐廳了，怎麼能不趁這個機會點螃蟹來吃呢!!!
主打新鮮的黃金海岸活蝦之家，不只現撈的蝦子，連螃蟹都超清甜，配上黑胡椒粒跟他們的獨特醬汁，肉質超鮮美，螃蟹的甜味不會被黑胡椒搶過，反而是相輔相成，天阿好久沒吃螃蟹了，這太讚了!!!

吃了一大輪，差不多也飽了，喝湯囉~~~
這個蝦鍋據店員表示是用蝦頭先熬八小時煮成的，裡面還有蘿蔔跟香菇等其他的食材，一樣是充滿鮮味，旁邊的蝦子是要讓我們自己煮，這樣才可以自己控制時間~煮到最剛好~店員教我們要在蝦子變紅十秒後撈起來，就是最好吃的時間啦~
雖然大家真的已經很飽了，但因為湯頭太鮮美，還是喝到見底!
主任看大家吃得這麼滿足，好像也不心疼他的錢包了哈哈哈

要回宿舍之前去了洗手間，看到這邊還有殘障廁所跟育嬰室，覺得還不錯，是間很友善的餐廳呢!!
這次系辦的新竹聚餐要感謝主任的大力贊助，讓我們吃到新竹這麼好吃的活蝦，也讓我打破新竹沒有美食餐廳的刻板印象哈哈哈，我也可以推薦給朋友，我看官網說他們開到12點 http://www.goldencoast.com.tw
