由於哥哥在新竹工作，家裡的兄弟姊妹幾乎分散於各地，每次不管誰的生日一到，家裡的群組就會開始討論這次要去哪邊吃美食呢????也因為兄弟姊妹分散於各地，所以北中南的美食我們都有機會可以品嚐到 哈哈 ~ 也是有好處的啦!!!
這次因為哥哥生日，所以我們全家決定在新竹聚餐，哥哥也推薦了一家在新竹的美食餐廳，他說平常跟同事們休假也會一起去這家新竹海鮮餐廳聚餐，所以想跟我們一起分享，哥哥在群組裡難得會出意見，讓我跟妹妹非常意外的立刻上網搜尋哥哥推薦的這家新竹活蝦餐廳

真的看到很多網友分享，也是新竹一家非常適合聚餐的海鮮餐廳唷~不但價格合理，CP值也很高呢~~~ 看我跟妹妹有多怕踩到地雷，畢竟難得才可以全家人聚在一起吃飯，真的不希望踩到地雷，有次妹妹生日我們選擇在台中聚餐，那次真的選到一間讓媽媽覺得非常糟的餐廳，從此不管在哪邊聚餐，我們都要先做好功課，才不會破壞每次難得開心的家庭聚餐。
這間新竹海鮮餐廳位置就在竹北運動公園前面，招牌非常的顯眼，所以很好找，且也有專屬的停車場，相當方便呢~~~ 不然每次都要找停車位找上半天!!!!
一進去就有發現他們有適合小朋友玩耍的溜滑梯，讓有帶小朋友的家長就不用擔心小朋友吃飽就開始吵鬧 ~~
且新竹這間海鮮餐廳廚房是採開放式的完全沒有油煙味，也可以讓客人看到他們的廚房相當乾淨，也相對比較安心!!! 空間也很寬敞，不會像有些海鮮餐廳很窄，都很怕去撞到服務生 (驚)
裡面有分室內用餐與戶外用餐，服務生為我們介紹時也很親切，不時保持著微笑，看了我們也很舒服呢~~~ 桌椅上也都滿乾淨的，難怪網友評價會這麼高 ~~
還有這是佐料區的部分，擺放也相當整齊乾淨，佐料也不會滴的到處都是，很多店家都會疏忽這塊，可見這間新竹黃金海岸餐廳在衛生上面相當注重唷~
等菜的過程中，媽媽總是像主管一樣到處走走去像在巡邏一樣，只要注意到什麼特別的就會手刀式的回來跟我們報告，非常可愛!!!
我們也跟過去看這個蝦池，水質滿乾淨清澈的，好多新鮮又大隻的活蝦在裡面游來游去~~ 突然很想來根釣竿，準備釣活跳跳的蝦子 (摸下巴)，開玩笑的啦～～
哥哥也說去吃了滿多次後發現竹科的工程師也都會來這邊聚餐，所以客人素質方面都還不錯，不會像有些海鮮店會有可怕的醉漢 !!!
幻想當美食部落客的我，美食一來當然都要先拍下美美的樣子，才能讓大家開動囉~~~ 哈哈哈 每次家族聚餐，我就是小小攝影師來著!!!
這高麗菜吃起來非常的清脆，火力掌控的剛剛好，也不會太油膩，爸媽接受度都很高呢 ~~~ 像之前就有吃過爛爛的高麗菜，份量也很少，一盤根本不夠我們一家六口吃!!!
這道豬肋排可是肉食主義者弟弟的最愛呢~~ 吃過非常多肉類的弟弟對這道評價極高，肉質軟嫩多汁完全不會死死乾乾的，咬起來相當有嚼勁，一開始還擔心肉質會不會死死乾乾的呢~ 真的非常好吃~~且聽說只有新竹的黃金海岸才有唷 ~~~ 每天還是限量供應的溜!!也太幸運了吧!!!!!
再來就是蝦子的部分囉~~ 這晶瑩剔透的蝦殼看起來非常厲害，從來沒有看過這麼新鮮的蝦子呢!!!服務人員也細心的為我們講解這是蝦鍋附的蝦子，我們在要吃得時候再把蝦子丟進去煮才不會破壞蝦子的口感及美味，蝦頭部份已經在鍋子裡熬煮8小時，我們也聽得非常驚訝，很講究每個細節，蘿蔔也相當入味，鮮甜鮮甜的口感超級好喝~~
還有這道胡椒蝦，蝦子都非常的大隻且新鮮，也是網友評價相當高的必點蝦子美食之一唷 ~ ~ 當時看完網友們的分享，我們也有先上新竹黃金海岸餐廳的官網尋找網友們推薦的那幾道美食，也是新竹黃金海岸招牌料理之一

其實以前也有在別家吃過胡椒蝦，但蝦子都沒有新竹黃金海岸的這麼大隻，看他們的擺盤方式也相當的大器，整個充滿胡椒蝦的香氣，看起來相當美味，還在拍照的時候口水就已經快流下來了 ~~~ 哈哈 真的不浮誇 !! 蝦殼也非常的好剝，不會黏在蝦子上，可見新竹的黃金海岸蝦子都非常的新鮮，看家人們吃的也非常過癮呢~~~~ 哥哥這次推薦對了!!!!
蝦子的種類餐點真的非常多種，每道都很想點來品嚐看看~~ 蝦子的新鮮肉質也相當鮮美 ~ 沾上美奶滋真的超級好吃!!! 對殼類海鮮稍微過敏的妹妹也破戒忍不住吃了好多隻~~ 根本忍不住呀!!! 完全不管明天有沒有可能過敏呢~~ (揍)
還有這道奶油螃蟹，愛好螃蟹主義者的爸爸怎麼可能放過呢~~ 聽店員介紹新竹的黃金海岸是使用斯里蘭卡的高級螃蟹唷~~ 也就是沙公~~~~~奶油也是歐洲進口的頂級植物性奶油，非常高級的感覺，不說人家真的會以為是哪家高級的飯店呢!!!!
蟹肉吃起來相當Q彈，肉質也非常新鮮，新竹黃金海岸真的處理的非常好，就連上桌前都已經先做了敲裂處理呢!讓我們比較好剝~~ 很少會有店家這麼貼心的為客人著想!! 紮實的口感，爸爸吃的非常開心呢 ~~ 完全沉浸在幸福的我們一家子 哈哈
我們是平日來的，人潮也非常的多 ~~~~ 可見這家新竹美食餐廳真的很厲害唷!!!
也難怪哥哥會極力推薦新竹這家海鮮餐廳，瘋狂的與我們分享呢~真的不管是來新竹與朋友吃飯或是與家人聚餐，這間黃金海岸餐廳都非常推薦唷!!價格也算合理，網路搜尋活蝦餐廳也有一推網友分享，評價真的很高呢~~ 看家人這次的新竹聚餐吃的非常開心，哥哥也很得意呢~推薦了一家很值得讚賞的新竹海鮮餐廳，下次再來找哥哥時還想再來吃呀， 看著照片各種回味呢!!!!
