【八關齋戒】睡眠障礙│浴佛節、普渡法會、佛陀天降日│觀音山台中道場

今天要來分享我的一個新體驗，我跟我爸去他們道場參加八關齋戒法會，整整一天都待在佛堂，還要守八條戒律，要去之前，我爸還跟我耳提面命，說要參加就要堅持到底，不可以半途而廢…

我爸去的佛堂叫觀音山，有很多分會，平日我爸會去共修。每個星期六晚上都有。我們去的是台中的道場，平日我很少去，只有大法會像浴佛節、普渡法會、佛陀天降日這類大活動，我爸會希望我去當義工修福，其實去當義工也不會無聊，因為那裡年輕人很多，他們佛堂還有大學佛學社，所以我去當義工就會跟大學生一起，還滿有趣的…

我最喜歡佛堂裡有一尊千手手眼觀世音菩薩，非常的莊嚴美麗，而且我覺得很有靈性，好像可以看穿我，知道我在想什麼?平日裡，佛堂不能拍照，所以沒有辨法傳照片、分享在fb上。觀音山有一個網站，上面的資料介紹算是滿齊全的，有一些法會照片還會看到我爸參加活動的身影。

我爸之前參加八關齋戒有很多的感應，所以他很愛參加，我爸己經常年都睡不好，睡眠品質極差，有睡眠障礙，無論再累，還是睡不著。只有參加八關齋戒法會回去，當晚會很好睡，而且可以持續一個星期左右。我跟我爸說，那自己在家做不是一樣?我爸說：「有很大的差別!自己在家做，效果沒有很好，在佛堂有上師的加持!還有菩薩的加持!特別消業!」

我爸很相信他們龍德 上師，每天都會聽上師的佛法開示，佛堂的同修平日裡感情都很好，常常有佛堂的師兄，來找我爸泡茶；買好吃的素食來家裡一起吃飯，媽媽也樂得輕鬆，因為不用煮飯。

去參加八關齋戒法會就是佛堂的師伯鼓勵我去的，師伯說：我現在剛出社會不久，要有善緣幫助，工作才會順利!不是正在找工作、等面試通過嗎?做功德、做善事最快得到感應!命運改變最快!我雖然不是很常去佛堂，但是由於我爸的緣故，我也算是有善根的…哈!哈!

早上七點半就要到台中佛堂，然後聽龍德 上師開示、傳戒，再修法，然後中午十一點半休息到二點，再開始下午的法會；也是聽開示、修法。我爸說依照傳規是要修四座法。到下午時，我就有點累了，都是盤坐，平日裡很少這樣…煎熬…
好不容易等到法會五點半結束。

今天聽到一個女生分享他求職的感應，她說他是自己一個人接設計案的個人工作室，一開始她去接案時，找到一個設計費給很優渥的公司，他們長期外包設計工作給工作室，但是他們公司使用的是mac系統，這個女生本身是使用微軟的電腦，因為這個緣故，失去了接案的機會。後來學佛了，第二年又看到同一家公司在徵人，設計費一樣給很優渥，雖然去年沒有機會接到案，但是今年有學佛了，心想應該會比較有福報，說不定會有機會!當她再度去面試時，主管很喜歡她的設計風格，但是又礙於mac系統和微軟的問題，主管很是考量，沒想到最後，設計公司竟然願意將工作包給她做。她跟我分享，要對佛法有信心，要了解因果業報的原理，這樣才能自己改變命運!

聽完她的分享，我也期待自已可以很順利。當晚回到家，我早早就睡了，希望今天一天能很有功德，期望能錄取到自己心中理想的工作，雖然很難，因為角逐的人很多，自己也不是最優秀的…帶著一絲不安入睡，期待明天的工作通知。

結果!結果!我真的太幸運了! 八關齋戒法會太有功德了!觀音山的菩薩也太靈了…我如願錄取了。
