孩子上了小學後，原以為是鬆了一口氣，想起我們小時候，小學階段是最輕鬆的一段日子了，沒想到當寶貝上了四年級開始，我卻覺得他的學習動力越來越不OK。

那天，我看到他算除法，一題算了好久，我忍不住問他：你怎麼算那麼慢啊？不是這樣這樣就好了嗎？他不講話，我繼續看著……發現他不但慢，而且常出些小錯誤，應用題看了題目，也不思考，就直接算，於是，錯誤百出，講了他就不高興……，這下我想，唉呀！親子關係該不會變壞吧？趕緊撥了通電話給姊姊，她可是教育專家呢！

姊姊分享了她的自身經驗，她說，其實她的孩子四年級就開始去台中的補習班補專門考衛道、曉明的補私校課程了，她特地找了台中升國中最有名的數理資優補習班上課，可是孩子的數學都不見起色，到了五年級，她聽了朋友的建議，換到了台中北屯松竹路附近的蘊才補習班，結果孩子竟然脫胎換骨，越學越有興趣，成績也突飛猛進，每天都吵著要去上課，姊姊覺得很不可思議，所以常常趁著下課空檔，去找蘊才的主任聊天，蘊才補習班的盧主任很樂於解答她的疑惑，主任說：孩子的信心最重要，當一個孩子發現他可以學會時，他就有了動力，動力就像一把鑰匙，開啟了你的學習之路，讓你一步一步往前進，每進一步，你就越有信心，越想再吸收新的東西。這些看似簡單的事情，卻必須要經由有經驗的老師去教導，隨著每個孩子的不同而調整，並非像大家以為的，小學課程那麼簡單，誰都會教。

主任說，有些人迷信到台中一些大的文理補習班上課，卻不知道，每個孩子的學習方法不盡相同，大資優補習班裡老師教完立刻走人，孩子有問題無法找到老師協助，有些台中補習班就設一些輔導老師，可是這些老師通常經驗不足，有些是大學生兼差的，有的是家庭主婦兼的，不是真正受過師資專業訓練的人，孩子看起來是訂正好了，卻不是真正的懂，當然沒效果啊！

台中北屯蘊才補習班的特色就是—完全由固定老師授課，老師有非常豐富的教學經驗，教過的學生有許多考上衛道、曉明、明道，盧主任說，當孩子提出問題時，我們是親自教他，而不是找其他輔導老師，所以對每個學生都了解問題所在。

姊姊叫我自己去補習班和盧主任聊聊，為了孩子，我就跑了一趟台中蘊才囉！

四點多放學，我直接開車過去，崇德十路往后庄路方向(崇德、松竹路附近)，紫紅色招牌很醒目，剛好有些小朋友在蘊才準備上課，大家聊得很開心，我第一印象還不錯，想說大家聊得開心氣氛很好呀！一說到我外甥，主任就聊了開來，他說現在他在衛道還讀得很好呢，有時也會回來蘊才看看老師們，主任先帶我參觀教室，教室明亮空間寬敞是很好的環境，我看教室好乾淨，感覺真好。主任說，他們是小班教學，這樣才能照顧到每位孩子的需求。

我問他，你覺得孩子一定要讀衛道曉明嗎？為什麼一定要讀私校？主任說，現在教育政策反覆不定，課程一改再改，號稱比較多樣，但是不但連貫性不足，深度也不夠，孩子的潛能是需要啟發的，你不去給他多樣的東西，他以後腦筋就轉不過來，很多家長都說，為甚麼他的孩子應用題都粗心啊！其實不是粗心，而是教材不斷簡化，孩子的腦筋懶得動，現在的師資培育和以前相比實在差太多了，更何況目前小學裡有許多代課老師，不是科班出身的老師，加上社會風氣改變，公立國中小有些恐龍家長，造成老師心灰意冷，有的老師專業度不夠，有的老師不願多給孩子補充，所以許多用心的家長，就把孩子送進好的台中私立學校，希望受到好的教育。目前我們台中最好的私校當然就是衛道、曉明、明道啦，古時孟母三遷，就是希望孩子有好的環境，近朱者赤、近墨者黑呀！

記得那天姊姊說的好像也是這樣，她說，青春期的孩子，什麼都聽同學的，爸媽的意見是其次。所以啊，姊姊才會讓小孩讀衛道，因為他們有自編的課程，學習也比較多樣，不用擔心甚麼課程的修改啊！教育政策如何改啊！小朋友以後銜接高中才不會有問題，同學都是喜歡讀書的，品性行為她都不用擔心……問題是，教改後小朋友的基礎能力變差了，你就算在班上前幾名，也不一定考得上。

嗯，該帶我家孩子來上課了。

我們家哥哥去上課的第一天，我跟主任講，他很愛發問耶，主任說，這樣的孩子才好啊！他喜歡孩子跟他有互動，會問問題代表他有在思考，主任叫我放心。
回家後，我問哥哥，上得如何呀？哥哥說，他不會的有問老師，老師講的他聽得懂，然後說，媽媽，我要寫數學啦！妳不要吵我！
天啊！他竟然自己要寫數學，真誇張，之前總是我三催四請的，今兒個自己說要寫，嗯……不錯不錯，我瞄了一眼，還蠻難的耶，我說，哥哥，那麼難你會啊？他說，會啦！主任有教，媽媽妳快去做事啦！我要算數學。

我只好出去，忍不住打電話給老姊，「姊姊，小睿真的回家自動寫數學呢！」「就跟你說吧！盧老師很有經驗，你不用擔心啦！人家教學經驗豐富，真的有一套，你以後就從旁輔導一下，負責和小睿分享上課的事情就好了，不用當個囉嗦的媽媽啦！」

隔了幾天我去台中蘊才補習班接哥哥時，竟然看見張老師，她是小睿一年級的老師，我說：老師妳怎麼在這啊？張老師說：我女兒六年級了，升國中目標曉明。我問她：你怎麼來蘊才補習班啊？她說，我們以前很多老師的小孩都是他們夫妻一手教出來的，風評很好，所以我女兒五年級時就來台中蘊才補習班了。
張老師告訴我，蘊才補習班的教材都經過老師整理，不會像台中有的補習班看起來資料一大堆，結果小朋友看了頭都昏了，你只要照著老師的步調走，就沒問題的。
有了張老師的背書，我就試試看囉！
