【新竹活蝦推薦】新竹旅遊行程—活蝦餐廳吃檸檬蝦，還是康熙來了推薦的新竹美食餐廳！

就是這家！
前陣子在康熙來了看到潘若迪推薦一家新竹的檸檬蝦，不僅小S說好吃，連美食家胡天蘭也稱讚，看了馬上搜尋了一下，竹北市福興東路一段檸檬蝦就是這一家啦！剛好這禮拜已經計畫要去新竹逛逛老街，所以就排進新竹行程裡了
(想來吃的話要注意一下營業時間喔，平常日白天是沒有營業的)

新竹有兩家黃金海岸活蝦名店，一家是黃金海岸活蝦之家，另一家是黃金海岸本部活蝦，兩家都號稱是正宗的活蝦餐廳，網路上有人說兩家的老闆其實是兄弟，後來分開一人開一間，兩家也都各有支持者，不過本部活蝦最近漲價了，比活蝦之家貴，而且菜色也比活蝦之家少，何況康熙來了節目介紹的是位於福興東路的活蝦之家餐廳，所以當然要去活蝦之家吃啦！
因為下午還有逛老街的行程，所以我們11點就到了，餐廳才剛剛開門，戶外的座位一個人都沒有，看天氣還算不錯，所以就選了戶外的座位，而且週遭還有綠樹流水，感覺好像在野餐。室內的座位其實也蠻不錯的，整個都是竹編的家具，很有古早味。

炒空心菜加辣，空心菜是粗管的，吃起來比較脆甜，沒有土味，炒得還不錯。

麻油蝦！
麻油香氣逼人，服務生還提醒我們可以用麻油澆飯吃，果真香得不得了，他們的白飯是免費自取的，所以愛吃多少就吃多少，因為下午還要逛老街，所以我一直在克制自己不要吃太飽，最後還是吃了兩碗飯，哈哈哈！

蒜泥蝦，蒜泥的味道很夠，而且不會辣，吃起來是滿滿的蒜香，香味整個滲入蝦肉裡面，蝦子也煮得很剛好，肉不會乾乾的，而且蝦頭上的蝦膏超好吃的，不會有腥味。

這次忘記點節目裡介紹的黃金豬肋排，反而點了烤羊小排，這個羊小排沾孜然粉很棒，本身羊肉就很鮮嫩，而且不會油膩，沾了孜然粉之後香味整個昇華，很好吃！下次來的話會想再點的一道菜。

最後就是這次的重點檸檬蝦啦！我們依照潘若迪的剝蝦法，先把蝦頭撥開，然後觸角拿掉，露出厚厚的一整塊蝦膏，一口吃下！天呀！好吃到升天了！
它們的蝦子來就很鮮，加上檸檬的提味，整個鮮味在口中爆開呢！難怪獲得主持人小S、蔡康永跟美食家評審胡天蘭、吳恩文、梁幼祥、米兒一致好評。
光是這吃這些蝦子就不枉來新竹一趟啦！吃飽飽之後，下午繞去北埔老街跟內灣老街，慢慢走走逛逛買些伴手禮，就是很棒的新竹一日遊行程啦！
