醉醺醺的跨年夜過完了!!
也要打起精神面對接下來的重要假期,阿. . .是新的一年~~
但不管~~我覺得放完農曆春節才算是新的一年!!!
今年我娘家媽媽一直問我說我到底想好年節的禮盒要買哪一家沒?她一直催促趕我,不是要我推薦給她,是想叫我連同她的份一起訂.

往年我媽很喜歡送一些肉乾、臘肉之類的禮盒,她去個同學會回來就說,竟然有幾個老朋友得了大腸癌,最震驚的是小姑爹竟然也得了大腸癌第四期,真讓人震驚!!阿那些肉乾臘肉送出去是想招恨嗎?都是一級致癌物耶!以前我早就跟他說過那種不營養不健康的東西不要送!今年終於肯聽話了吧!!
我跟我媽說我今年過年春節的伴手禮一樣會訂跟往年一樣的,其他的禮盒我真的不推薦,我媽還碎碎念說我每年都送同一家才會招恨吧!
這句話一聽就知道是外行人!人家每年過年伴手禮都是不同主題都會有新口味!不是我在老王賣瓜自賣自誇的推薦,每年朋友收春節禮盒最期待的就是我送的了!!

曾經還有一年我親自送禮盒去好朋友家,她婆婆看到還說我送的禮盒拿來過年拜拜最應景!!真的不是我一個人推薦~~看大家喜歡的程度就知道的禮盒有多厲害~~

就是這個喜氣洋洋的紅色系禮盒超級應農曆春節的景!
是過年拜拜用也很推薦的禮盒~
今年的過年主題是旺福年．平安旺旺來~
我今年有先去她們門市探路先~~~決定要帶這款物美價廉超實在的禮盒!
裡面有他們家的招牌糕餅也有今年過年限定新口味~
滿滿當當的禮盒,裝好裝滿!!

看他們包裝就知道他們的餅都是獨立包裝的喔!
因為他們的餅都沒有添加防腐劑,所以都是用真空包裝!
真空包裝可以保鮮,但還是要趁新鮮快點吃.
獨立包裝則是想吃什麼就開什麼,不影響其他餅~

這個就是醣!
我超喜歡吃的!之前聽店員說這是不在他們計畫中的產品!
只是師傅在廚房裡面看到有一些多出來的材料就隨手做出的糖~
裡面主要是雞蛋還有!
吃起來是有香濃的雞蛋香,裡面有糖和酥餅!
酥軟的香甜滋味~
不同口味會有不同的新鮮食材在裏頭~~
最喜歡的就是可可還有芒果口味!!
吃在嘴裡甜在心裡,可是不會像化學糖果那樣死甜!
尤其是芒果口味裡面還加了愛文芒果干!!
有種在吃新鮮芒果的錯覺!

左邊的好彩頭是經典的過年糕點之一!
右邊的是今年的春節限定新口味.

餅在當初會讓我一吃驚人是他的口味!
雖然是傳統糕餅的樣子,但是內餡不是很老古板的豆沙等等!
就算有豆沙,也都是很現代的滋味~
老店新意,我想指的就是!!
而且他們的創新口感不會讓人覺得很突兀!而是會覺得天啊!!這餅怎麼會好吃成這樣!

好彩頭其實就是所謂的菜脯餅~~
可是跟外面那些經過油炸油膩膩的菜脯酥餅完全不同!
的好彩頭健康養生多了!
裡面的老菜脯絲是慢火炒過的,香氣整個大爆發!
再配上甜鹹剛剛好的豆沙泥~老菜脯放得滿滿的!輕輕一拉~~整個老菜脯絲都快衝出來了!!
外面是層層分明的酥皮!酥皮每一層都很薄,薄如蟬翼我覺得不誇張!所以入口即化也是真的~酥皮的口感一點都不會影響老菜脯和豆沙~~
鹹鹹甜甜的好彩頭,不只名字很吉祥,也是很深得人心的古早味糕點!

但我覺得好彩頭可以說是更健康,更養生~卻又可以讓老一輩回憶兒時記憶的傳統糕點.

做得是柿餅的樣子,但其實口味跟柿子毫無關係!
可是樣子是大有來頭~~!!
裡面的內餡很養生很健康~~
身為他們的老主顧,吃第一口覺得有點像是我一直以來很喜歡的!
這是二代吧?哈哈
裡面有銀杏蜜甘藷再加上杏仁豆!銀杏的微甘大概中和了蜜甘藷的甜,吃起來不會死甜,還有杏仁豆的脆口~
口味不會很重,屬於比較清淡,重養生的老人家我相信會很愛!
就算是年輕人也會很喜歡的口味之一!

值得一提的還有的糕餅外皮~~大部分他們的糕餅都像這樣是有點厚度的外皮,不過不會乾硬!!是吃起來很綿密的桃山皮!
桃山皮比較紮實也比較不油膩!吃起來比廣式餅皮健康很多!
因為要拿捏厚度還有口感,所以桃山皮是比較需要花時間製作的~
從店員那邊知道說桃山餅還有一個很特別的是,她並沒有使用到麵粉,桃山皮本身是一種豆子做的豆沙餡,所以如果對小麥過敏的人其實可以吃這個唷!!

另外過年一定要加帶這個喜氣十足的小提盒.
這個是限量!!限量!!限量!!很重要所以講三遍!
他們家的禮盒很有質感!!是硬紙盒~~所以買回家或是送人糖果可以拿出來後再給小朋友提著玩~~超喜氣超可愛!!
春節後緊接著就是元宵燈會~還可以來個進階玩法用美工刀挖空裡面放小燈泡~~就是小燈籠喔!!
可以一路從過年假期玩到元宵節~堪稱使用率最佳CP值最高的禮盒~

內容物有酥還有醣跟牛軋糖可以選!!
但因為是限量的,所以要買要快,不然就撲空啦!!

過年伴手禮我一般都會推薦送傳統中式糕餅的禮盒為主!!
雖然我這人平常生活方式一點也不傳統,但遇到這重要的傳統節慶還是會覺得要來點傳統風才會有過節的氣氛在!
不過市面上也是有很多很雷的中式糕餅禮盒,要買年節禮盒很難得有像這樣健康的手作糕餅老店了!推薦要買就是要買的!
之前我同事推薦過一家南部老餅店的杏仁口味的酥餅,她覺得很好吃,但我覺得味道跟我吃的純杏仁太陽餅不太一樣,味道很重,我一時不太能接受,翻後面的成分一看,嚇死我了!!杏仁餅竟然沒有杏仁的成分……都是化學香料來的!!我同事買了很多次都不知道,還有點貴貴的咧…所以說,買東西真的要看清楚、問清楚啦!!畢竟這年頭食安問題很多~~~

就算是不住台中的人~~要買的春節禮盒也很方便~因為他們有提供宅配服務,糕餅的口味如果不太了解也可以打電話詢問,店員都會耐心介紹,2018春節伴手禮的預購活動他們也早早就開跑了!推薦要訂購要早一點~~
不然今年我想也是會早早就滿單關站吧!!

  212. When I initially commented I clicked the « Notify me when new comments are added » checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Cheers!
