我老公以前很熱衷釣蝦.
但後來因為一些負面新聞,釣蝦場的水池很多污染等等這類的新聞.
我就越來越反對他去釣蝦.
有人說那就釣起來不要吃阿~~~~
拜託~~~都花錢去釣蝦了,然後釣起來的蝦不吃放回去是笨蛋嗎?
好在,我們新竹竹北這邊有很多不錯的海鮮餐廳.
尤其有一家~竹北美食餐廳推薦的首選名單-黃金海岸活蝦之家.

說到這家新竹黃金海岸活蝦之家,不僅僅是料理好吃的美食餐廳,最廣為推薦的就是他們家活蝦的新鮮程度.
堪稱是活跳跳、生猛無比的現撈活蝦.
重點是,每隻蝦都有滿滿的蝦膏!!!!嘶!!!!!!!!!!!超過癮!!
其實我們以前是先吃新竹另外一家活蝦餐廳,那時候以為那一家才是正統.
剛好有一年我老公他們公司挑了新竹黃金海岸活蝦之家做為他們的春酒餐廳,一吃驚為天人~~這家位在新竹體育館旁邊的黃金海岸活蝦之家口味才真正是厲害,也是因為那一次,我們才知道新竹活蝦美食餐廳最多人推薦的是這家才對!

在網路上找新竹聚餐餐廳,也會看到很多人都推薦黃金海岸喔!
他們餐廳蠻寬敞的,又很乾淨~如果是多人聚餐可以提前預約,他們就會調整座位~
整個裝潢還蠻古色古香的~
都是竹製的桌椅~
新竹黃金海岸除了是很適合朋友、家族聚餐的餐聽外,也很推薦一些工商行號.
因為他們也有套餐可以預訂,店內除了賣飲料,也有賣酒.
加上料理多樣,賓主皆能盡歡~
餐具等等用品都是自取,不難發現他們的環境都是很乾淨的~
每次來,都是一如既往的整潔.
所以說~~寧可來黃金海岸活蝦之家吃蝦,也不要再去釣蝦場就是這樣!!
比起很多新竹海鮮餐廳,他們最令人安心的就是料理廚房看得到、活跳跳的蝦子也看得到!
只要點餐~~就可以看到師傅們都是從活蝦池撈起新鮮的泰國蝦去烹煮.
現點現煮加上看得見的新鮮活蝦,享用起來格外安心~
我們每次來都一定會點一鍋火鍋!
不管冬天還是夏天都是!
這次點的是蝦鍋,是非常精華再精華的火鍋!
之前覺得這蝦鍋湯頭喝起來也太過迷人,就有問他們到底有沒有多放什麼調味料??結果沒有~~一切都是費時精心熬煮的精華.
用蝦頭事先熬煮8個小時的湯頭再加入日本蘿蔔和香菇燉煮,能不甜嗎???
我覺得蝦鍋很耐喝的店在於他們是另外附上一盤新鮮蝦身,要吃的時候再丟進湯裡煮就好,所以就算有再加過湯,蝦子的鮮甜也不會被沖淡.
不斷的有蝦身進去煮,當然會一直有蝦子的鮮甜留在鍋裡囉!
而且現煮的蝦肉也才不會口感過老~~
這個湯~~冬天真的必喝!
我自己個人還蠻喜歡這個沙拉蝦.
越簡單的料理方式越能呈現食材的新鮮囉!
黃金海岸的泰國蝦都蠻大隻的!所以吃起來還蠻爽快的!
沙拉蝦只是單純加了薑片下去水煮的水煮蝦~~
剝殼之後直接沾沙拉就可以吃~~
算是比較清淡的口味,可是蝦肉那種特有的蝦香跟沙拉甜甜的滋味是我很喜歡的口味!!所以我每次來也都一定會點沙拉蝦~覺得吃起來很清爽!
還有這個!!檸檬田雞~~
真的是田雞!!非常新鮮的田雞.
肉質吃起來比雞肉還細,比較沒有雞肉的那種雞味((我不知道怎麼形容那個味道XD
黃金海岸端出來的田雞肉,吃起來真的就是很細緻的口感,吃起來不會乾乾澀澀的,還會有肉汁,配上新鮮檸檬和宜蘭三星蔥調配的微酸醬汁,很下飯~
其實我以往不太吃魚,尤其是烤鯖魚.
但我很喜歡黃金海岸的鹽烤鯖魚.
他們的鯖魚都是大尾的,聽說是挪威進口,沒有魚腥味~~擠上檸檬沾胡椒鹽都很好吃~
從他們使用的食材,不難看出他們對料理的用心程度❤
壓軸料理,就屬這個奶油螃蟹莫屬!
這道吃起來很過癮~~~最貼心的是他們還有附一盤外酥內軟的法國麵包,已經都先幫忙切片切好了~
他們用的是很健康的植物性奶油,螃蟹還都有先拍裂,很好剝喔!!
不知道是不是因為他們選用的是斯里蘭卡進口的野生沙公,所以特別大隻,肉質也特別結實,尤其是蟹螯~~~超大隻的!!
充滿奶香的鹹甜醬汁抹在法國麵包上,超美味~~
一蟹兩吃~~我想就是指奶油螃蟹吧!
啊!!其實可以說是三吃!!因為這個奶油醬汁跟白飯拌在一起有一種義式燉飯的感覺~是充滿西式風情的口味~
更別說~~他們家的白飯是放在自取區無限供應的~~
這次是托小姑的福~~全家人來找竹北找我們,所以才可以一次點那麼多道菜~~
小姑他老公以往不太敢隨意吃外面的海鮮,可是這次來,看到黃金海岸現撈現料理的過程就很放心的大快朵頤,一點過敏都沒有喔!
至於孩子們~~~餐廳這邊有兒童遊戲區,小孩玩得開心,大人也可以好好吃頓飯~
不過還是要偶爾注意一下孩子的遊戲狀況~這樣才安全喔!
總結一下~~新竹黃金海岸是很適合工商聚餐或是春酒尾牙的餐廳~
另外也是新竹這邊很適合家庭親子聚餐的親子餐廳~尤其這邊的環境我個人真的蠻推薦的,乾淨衛生~
正統好吃的活蝦料理,就是竹北交流道附近,新竹縣體育場旁的黃金海岸活蝦之家喔!這家美食餐廳~~真的是每吃必推薦的好店✌
